They do have a decent shot at the division.  Agree.

As far as the Super Bowl have to think Baltimore will be hungry.  Wouldn't count out the Titans either.

I can see Seattle getting back to form if they can solidify the OL and have a solid draft.  Titans may be an easy pick for some to slide in a one0year wonder scenario but I see sustained success there under that management and Vrabel.

AFC: Either Patriots or Ravens. Half of time, the AFC team who lose early in last year's playoffs make it the next year.

NFC: Totally different here. Sometimes it's a team whom no one would've expected (i.e. '15 Panthers, '07 & '11 Giants, '16 FalCUNTs, '08 Cardinals) & finished previously with an OK to poopy record. I'll go with Chicago, Dallas or Arizona.
