I might have missed it, is Hogan out as a possible resign?  Never got going with his injury last year.

I'm all for cutting all of the above and opening up that cap space. Conversely, that money will not be enough to sign the top G, top-3 WR, top LB and top-3 CB in FA. 

I would sign Littleton of that group and re-sign Cockrell & Elliott. Draft Brown in the first, Biadasz in the 2nd and a tall WR in the third....ideally Mims, but not sure he lasts until that pick.
