Shocker

So....Youtube TV adding NFL Network and for an additional fee Redzone.  Nice, but still 10 bucks more than Fubo TV so its debatable, especially if Fubo TV goes up (rumored to go to 60 soon).

Fubo TV - 55 but with Redzone 67...Fubo added ESPN recently which is awesome

Youtube TV 65 but with Redzone 77 (ouch)

Those 2 are the best but getting expensive

Also, if you sign up for Fubo TV and go to cancel they will give you the first month for 9.99.  50 bucks savings is nice.

Streaming wise both are pretty flawless...Fubo TV does have some 4k sports so added value but limited DVR.  Youtube TV is unlimited DVR if thats your thing.

Hulu TV is lagging behind in streaming quality and honestly their ad model is killing it for me.  Way to many ads.

Any viewer package offering major professional/college sports is going to charge significantly more than those that don't.

I love watching NFL football and other sporting events, but not enough to spend a small fortune for the privilege.

I'll continue to watch as long as they're broadcast free over the air, but if that goes away I'll fill my free time with other activities.  Too many alternatives to be held ransom by greedy sports leagues and broadcasters.

Yep, just cancelled last week. That price hike was just too much to ask. Might as well go with a cable company at that point.

This has totally crossed my mind as well.  I am paying 75 dollars for internet with Spectrum so I would probably save money going with a bundle.  :eyeroll:

Tablo is a digital DVR for over the air digital broadcasts.  You have to buy the device  $99-$150.00.  There is also an optional $5.00/monthly fee for a two week on screen program guide.  https://www.tablotv.com/.

I get about 25 stations via antenna, all the major networks, superstations, some movie channels, older TV shows, some sports stations and several others.

Also have Netflix, Prime, Philo and Acorn.

There is way more quality content than I've time to watch and I'm still saving over $100.00 each month by dropping cable TV.

YouTube TV just killed regional sports on Fox Sports as well. From here on out you will see the  Nationally televised game. Per their subreddit.

Hulu killed regional Fox Sports channels too. Whoever owns those channels are beyond moronic, as YTTW and Hulu are 10% of their revenue. Sinclair is the owner by the way.

    • You literally did it right there and didn't even remember it. Sorry long Friday.
    • TMac to finish up Feels good after pads came on. Physicality is a little different, playstyle is a little different. Refs let the players play, so he has to earn his stripes to get calls and just has to be better playing through contact. Focusing on staying confident and listening to coaches. Not much has changed for him, still trying to be his authentic self. Was asked about boxing practice he was seen doing. He's done that since he was a kid because his dad was a boxer and taught his siblings. Was the youngest and got beat up the most, but now he's the fourth of sixth children. Boxing helps with his cardio and being reactive with his hands to the ball + DB. Admits to struggling the first couple of days, hats off to the DB corps for making him better every single day but had his best day on Wednesday. Even the best get got. Just have to remain confident in preparation and abilities. Confidence will take you only so far, and that's where his resilience plays a factor. XL is authentic and great to have in the room. Can rely on him to be the same guy every day. They make each other better. Everybody feeds off of each other and when one person wins they all win. Happy to be a part of the receiver room. Was asked about how he was laughing harder than everybody else at XL getting his feet in the water off the back of the boat: "Man he needs to be stopped bro... He can't be serious but he was serious. It's all good." Playing against the increased amount of press he's facing in practice is helping him get more physical. His job is to catch the ball, so if it touches his hand he has to come down with it. Only catches with one hand if he needs to, but that gives the QB a bigger catch radius. Had a pregame routine where he did a 360 one-handed catch, but doesn't do it anymore. Working on being a pro: Getting into the facility early and getting treatment, eating better, etc. Just wants to win re: rookie goals. Anything he can do to help the team win. "I'm looking for to the season man and keep pounding."
    • DJ Wonnum up next Felt the defense came out ready to work at all levels and took over practice. New standard around here. Young guys have to know they're coming in to work. Last year was not the standard. Nic and Princely are fun. Different personalities but loves what they bring to the room. Sky is the limit for them. Nic sits next to Wonnum, Princeley sits next to Jones II. Allows them to be better mentors. Feels great and ready to go Incoom's athleticism allows him to bend and get low even to compensate for not being the biggest guy. Can set the edge. EDGE guys are helped when the ILBs can get home because it allows them to be a little more free while still in scheme. DB being back means his dominance is back. Can set the edge from the 3 or wherever he's at to make the runs bounce to the EDGE guys. Winning mentality and standard this year. Championship level from practice to how you live off of the field. Accept greatness and excellence with guys wanting to come to work every day. Not settling for anything less. Been in guys' shoes that are fighting for roster spots so he knows how to address them. Remembers not knowing what's next, especially as a rookie. Have a clear mind and ask the older guys a lot of questions. Has a good relationship already with Pat Jones II due to knowing each other and talking football all of the time. Can make hand gestures and know immediately what to adjust. Taking care of his body and excited to start the season. Getting it acclimated to football again by being able to tackle and bring players to the ground. Didn't know they were playing live tomorrow. Don't tell me it'll be "thud." Browns next week will allow them to hit somebody else and get a feel of what a different team is doing. Also allows the team to see where they're at on offense and defense. Ready to play football. Not worried about the QB matchup for Cleveland, going to play hard regardless of who is back there.
