Not many orgs are so quick and willing to admit mistakes and move on from their big off-season acquisitions. 

It’s clear Rhule will move on from a guy fast if he isn’t performing. Regardless of who that person is. 

That bodes well for the future.

I think that is a new trait and think it comes from Tepper and his back ground.  He is performance driven and if an asset isn’t performing you cut bait. It’s sometimes seems cold hearted because there are people involved.

Damn right. Accountability starts at the top, and under prior ownership/coaching it was always “missed opportunities” or an owner more concerned with the bottom line than a winning team.

The lesson he has to learn is that willingness to move on from a player isn't the same as ability to move on from a player in the NFL.  Guaranteed money in contracts can tie your hands.
