Losing the assistant coaches might be a bigger loss then 1st expected...

After watching the coaching crap in Summer league.. I'm patiently and consciously waiting to see the coaching hires from the departed assistants we lost this offseason..

Dutch sucks as a head coach in summer league and probably as Borrego top assistant.. Not having a true PG is 1 thing.. But after 4 games he could Atleast come up with some game plan to counter that handicap...

Losing every game in Summer league should hurt somebody other then the players..

Summer league is brutal to watch.. there is no flow to the games, all these u drafted and/or fringe roster guys trying to get theirs makes for a bad brand of basketball.

Not sure who was responsible for creating the roster but not adding a legit point guard that can create has made this team unwatchable.

D.J. Carton averaged the most assists per game in college / pro ball out of the entire roster at a whopping 3.2 assists per game. Unfortunately, he also averaged 2.9 turnovers per game.

It almost looked like glorified AAU basketball. I was still entertained because I watched more than the Hornets. Durham's own Trey Murphy III impressed me averaging 16.3 points per game and being named to the first team all summer league, for what it's worth.

Not having a guard that could initiate and run the offense doomed that team to failure. No coach on earth could overcome that handicap.
