The difference in the ball velocity between Stafford and Dalton is pretty stunning.

We have one guy slinging fastballs and the other guy throwing changeups.

Crazy that the Rams run a cloud zone. You'd think offenses would be able to run all over it and hit short passes, but the talent makes the difference.

When your QB can only throw the ball effectively about 10 yards, you're kinda left with no choice but to build your attack around the RB.

I was going to make a post about Teddy earlier today hitting his 6-11 yard passes but about the time I took to the keyboard he had a receiver flat drop at 50ish yard dime that would have been 6.

 

this is not a defense of TB as much as it is a confirmation of how frustrating he is.

I saw the pass it was still a wounded duck he's got no velocity.

DM was 4th in touches last season.

but that was due to Cohen's injury. If Cohen didnt get injured, DM doesnt get a chance to prove himself. DM is les than CMC but more than Antonio Gibson. They need to use him like that.
