Rivera on roids as far as roster management

I'm sorry, Rhule's unwillingness to replace players that aren't getting it done needs to get him axed more than anything else.

There was no reason at all that he shouldn't have sat Hubbard immediately after the fumble. Moreover, it was painfully obvious to me that Shi is at a severe disadvantage at the point of contact. He's small. Once he dropped a couple of balls, Rhule should've made sure that TMJ was put into the game to at least see if the big second-rounder could actually do what he was drafted to do. And lastly, it's a damned shame that Marquan McCall didn't get some legit play until Roy went out. Oh, yeah, why not just put Ricci into the game more to see what he can do (though that may be more of a question for the OC).

It's so frustrating to see fug-ups and uninspired coaching.

Yes it's bad especially in the Robbie Anderson area where he can't catch a ball from any QB. Still this Roster has talent it's just not being coached to it's potential.

Anderson? He hasn't dropped one this year. Out of all the things you mention, you mention Anderson. Come on, dude.

didn't a bunch of nfl execs say rhule's regime was the least meritorious in the league? turdball way to run a team and the chickens are coming home to roost

I wouldn't be surprised.

Players need to sit down, if nothing else but to get their head together, if they're not getting it done. You can't just be pigheaded and continue to play a player based on preseason when the live bullets start flying. Neither Shi, Roy or Hubbard have done enough in the league to just stick with them when there are other players behind them with potentially more upside. I'm not saying that you don't get them in the game, but you have to let others get an opportunity. Go with the hot hand at least until someone earns their role.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
