I'm not really that worried about players feeling any guilt in getting that guy fired. His decision making for the last 2 years has been based around trying to not get fired for a job he wasn't qualified to do. Now he's gone, guys can just try to play to win/secure future jobs without the constant onslaught of negative media hanging over them. 12 games is a lot of time to work with for an interim so it's not like the Perry Fewell situation at all

Players try to make the NFL seem so mystical but it's not. It's a business run like one and if you can't produce you get canned. The biggest hit to this team was Tepper was wrong about Rhule. Now how is going to react.
