she has an evil look in her eyes but the evidence seemed to be garbage

That's true. Her eyes has something really, really strange, but the evidence against her was so thin, I couldn't believe she hot convicted after all. Maybe she has more luck on her appeal, and will eventually be released.

The jurors were too political. Those flags had nothing to do with the case. And the murderer already admitted. The Ivory Coast immigrant that was sentenced to 30 years in jail.

Hope she gets free!!!! She's innocent!!!!

IMO all three had something to do with it, Guede is appealing his verdict as well.

Evidence was pretty thick to me, 3 people all with motive who can all be placed at the crime scene, who's story's after there arrest don't match phone records.

And the best the defense has is, well she was pressured into making those statements and police collected evidence poorly, sounds like the OJ Defense to me. Which is the only defense stance you can take when the evidence is overwhelming against you.

Had nothing to do with politics, just a guilty murdering bitch who's family can't accept what she really did.

watched Dateline the other day about this case...there certainly wasn't much evidence that she was invovled with the murder, but there were also alot of inconsistencies in her story too. Defense claims it had to do with how she was asked the questions and how her answers were interpreted etc. Weird that there was no DNA evidence at the crime scene though, no hairs, prints anything. I'm thinking there's an appeal coming quick and it wouldn't surprise me if she walks.

I saw that too, just now on their website. Thin evidence, poor handling by italian police, an already confessed killer, to me nothing shows that the two were guilty of murder. If only the police would have done their job better, maybe we would have known who killed the young British student.

And as one of the reporters said: We don't know what happened on the night of the murder. So, to me she's innocent. And Raffaelle too.

  • 1 year later...

I read about this case recently. Rudy Guede had a watershed of evidence for the murder, including his DNA everywhere, and a bloody hand print of his on the victim's pillow. He was rightfully convicted and is serving time in jail for 1st degree murder. While in jail, he admitted that Knox had nothing to with it.

Why they went after multiple accomplices in this murder I don't understand, especially with such shallow evidence.

If I were Knox, I'd be fast tracking reservations the hell out of Europe and not look back. The moral of the story... crazy people are everywhere. If you meet someone who seems a little crazy... assume they are full blown crazy and steer away.

The irony here... Guede had his sentence reduced in half for apologizing to the girl's family that he didn't "save her". Even though all the evidence showed he was the killer. Looks like Italian courts are as fuged up as ours.

And oh... yeah... I'd hit it.

Just saying, I'm not the one running around saying someone is a guilty murdering bitch who parents haven't accepted what she's done..or act like I know about the case. You on the other hand look like a fool and I was just stating the obvious.

Sounds like you spend to much time watching peoples court..

The two most comical things about this trial are that they found her figerprints in the house and around the murder weapon. The second is that the prosecution said that she could not be trusted because she is of young age.
