Another video talking about Stroud

The unique info from this video is RG3 talking about Stroud “chip on his shoulder”, a peek at Stroud’s mentality and attitude that I’ve only seen briefly mentioned before. Orlovsky’s breakdown is interesting too, but not anything particularly new. The stuff I’m referring to starts around the middle part of the video.

don't really understand the whole "he's a cocky a hole" thing that some have alluded to on this forum.   He's very likable, very poised, and can definitely turn a franchise around.  Would love to see him in a Panther uniform for years to come.

I thought they were saying Burrow was the cocky dude? Smoking cigars looking smug and whatnot

Chip on his shoulder, ball placement machine, and he goes through his progressions quickly. Honestly I see some Trevor Lawrence in how smooth and effortlessly he throws the ball. I just don’t see how you pass on him with the top pick.

Plus watching this Reich offensive breakdown, he wants a pocket passer. Bryce has to move around to find throwing lanes or get 5 yards of separation from the D-line to air it out over the middle. Just seems like Bryce would severely limit the game plans that Reich has been using for 30 years

That is Burrow and only one person in this board has said that.
I like Burrow and don’t think he is a cocky or an a-hole.

Yeah you probably have to keep Young in shotgun. He does have decent vision for his size though. I’ll give him that.

    • I could be waaaaaaay off about Kon. I do fault myself into, to borrow a NFL phrase heavily "RAS" nerd on players, too much. There are PLENTY of athletic freak shows that are playing overseas(or Amazon delivery) cause they never figured out NBA ball. I can easily miss seeing the talent. Plus did he only have 2 dunks on the season??(is that for real??) I didn't watch over a few hours of duke, but not one point did I think "That Kon guy is a top 4 pick in the upcoming draft". IMO I still foresee Ball bringing the ball up, doing his weak isolation game and never even looking for Kon. That's his best trait according to everyone, shooting right? I do not see ball, bridges, miller or even williams making the extra pass to Kon for him to shoot a 3.  Then defense-wise, Im not ready to type the amount of questions I foresee in his ability for guarding NBA SGs or bench SFs for that matter. Not that NBA players care to defend, but still..... I just feel he's a bad fit for the current hornets, trades are taking place tho... Liam to me is a decent comp for Kon and he fell some, but was a 29 overall pick. Still around 13-21 was the good solid range for Liam and I thought the same for Kon. This is just a classic case of I need to see it. It add to this, Kon is like garlic. Ball is like sugar and Miller is like flour. Mix it together and chef Lee is not going to get me to eat that dish..... Honestly I don't know why Im this vocal about Kon. In past years I would be patience and not post and see what the kid has. The other side, insert classic white boy terms here- _____, ______, _______< etc >. Hornets do desperately need them. His crafty back door cuts, his willingness to stay a extra 2 hours to refine lees plays, keep playing with bruised limbs. I heard from many reports he's mentally tough and hornets by all gods need that. God they are such pussys.  I hope Im wrong and if so, I will give Kon his just props.
