Basically, football decisions are being made by football people.

We had previously thought that was most likely the way things were going to be run post Matt Rhule, but it's good to hear confirmation.

Thats pretty much how things ran while Rhule was here, but it just so happened those football people made bad decisions.

People like to spin this narrative that he is some controlling owner who is making all of the personnel decisions but for the most part that really hasn't seem to be the case.  This idea that he is like Snyder or Jones doesn't really have merit.

I may be in the minority but I think Tep going to the workouts is a huge positive.  He doesn’t watch hours of film but sitting next to the guys who do and being able to see some of it through their eyes in real time has to be an eye opening experience.

      I mean the interception injury he ran down that KB gave up on and the TJ Watt shoulder hit basically did Cam in. He could probably still launch a better 30 yarder off platform than BY

      I mean, Cam had the arm strength to make those throws without his feet set but it also was one of the factors that led to his arm getting destroyed over time. No QB needs to be making those off platform throws or without their feet being set often, because they are lower percentage throws(usually) and they are more difficult on your body overall. Bryce's physical limitations weren't a complete unknown. He is a moderately below average NFL arm even if his feet are set and he has time. That's not what will solely keep him from being successful. It definitely is a career limiting factor, however.
