It’s a little ironic hearing a Corral fanatic question a player’s durability. You also liked Strong right? He couldn’t even make a roster due to his injury…

You are betting on the smallest horse in the league. Look at the stats, he's no better than Matt Corral and you and the media hype the little guy as the next coming.

You know what's more likely?

I'd hope that the new coaching staff would give Corral every opportunity to prove himself rather than dismissing him out of hand.  Matt had better hit the ground running, because no matter which QB the Panthers select in ten days, he'll be the shiny new penny and the apple of their eye.

He was damn sure ready last Clown Camp, but it was a camp, run by a clown.

Look at the stats and draft Bailey Zappe or Mac Jones. You look at stats and want AR? Let me guess you only use stats when it fits your narrative?

Yeah, you can bring ANYBODY into that cage but YOU know what the LION is thinking...

hey remember when you absolutely positively guaranteed us the team wouldn’t be drafting a QB because “they can’t just move on without seeing what the GOLDEN LION has to offer”

maybe someone with your track record of absolute and persistent errancy should eat a little humble pie

    • It really is an unfortunate chain of events for him, I mean he was what, weeks away from a new deal
    • Past history says he won't ever play LT again and teams won't have any post surgery film of him to make an evaluation.  It is possible that he can play at the end of '26 season but we may not let him and surely not let him play LT so we would have inside information on the injury and recovery that other teams don't.  It is a fluid interesting situation for sure.
    • I think it all depends on the level of healthy. He's going to need to play some sort of prove it contract before he gets a big LT payday. If he is fully healthy I expect someone will offer him a contract as a tackle, but it won't be the top 5 contact we were expecting to pay if he hadn't gotten hurt.
