according to ESPN the dolphins might be letting him go at the end of the season. I think he'd be a huge upgrade at #3 with real potential to develop into a #2.

That about covers it. I wouldn't mind giving him a shot at returning, but Fox (assuming he's here next year) usually wants his returners to also fill other positions on the active roster.

Ginn is essentially Desmond Howard. If what you want is a guy who can be a game changer on special teams, that he gives you. And for what it's worth, Desmond Howard helped the Packers to a Super Bowl win.

If you want him as a receiver though - which is what he wants to be - and you pay him accordingly, you're taking a chance.

I like Ginn's raw ability but would rather get someone who can catch and run after. Golden Tate is who we should be thinking about. He has great hands AND great speed...
