How many games did Jake Delhomme lose us?

It's just killing me to think where the Cats would be right now if we pulled Jake without the bullshit after the eagles game. The way I figure Matt has beaten 2 teams that are clearly better than any squad Jake bested this year, and Matty did it with authority. Are we in the playoffs or fighting for a spot this Sunday if Matt got the gig from week 2? In my mind yes.

Buffalo

Saints

Jets

That's giving away the first Falcons game which is questionable.. My games not counting the Iggles given we win them makes us 11-4. If Matt had been starting from week 2 I'd even give him the Pats game because he'd be more confident and comfortable, etc. Why Fox Why?

I'll say the Buffalo game, as well as the coaching staff who didn't run the ball down the Bills throats. The Saints because in that game we tried to protect Jake and the Jets game.

Buffalo and Saints are on the coaches and their retarded game planing. Dallas was on the team as a whole not just Jake. QBs throw INTs now and then. The one at the end hurt, just like Atlanta, but he wasn't awful.

Point is, if Fox was not a stubborn idiot Jake's legacy wouldn't have been so tarnished.

No.. Williams did not lose the Saints game. Our coaching staff having to plan a game in spite of our quarterback lost us that game. I think by that time they were actually trying to see if the "run as much as we can and cross your fingers while we watch him stare down one receiver and throw floaters and zingers into the stands" strategy would do for this year. The Dolphins game was lost by our whole team as were some others but you have to figure if Moore is playing well that we are confident and can game plan around the weakness of a team instead of the weaknesses of our Jake. -Shrug- Doesn't matter now, just hope to see Moore and the team light it up next year.
