Welp there it is. Like a few of us had pointed out earlier, JT says the Theilen double move is absolutely there and that ball has to be thrown. Says Minnesota gave us a gift

Maybe those in denial we’ll listen now that it’s coming from JT

JT even goes as far as saying he feels bad for Theilen here

It's apparent by this that you didn't watch the full thing before commenting lol.

He criticized offensive scheme, route running, Oline play and Bryce.

If you watch the entire thing it’s pretty clear that while yes, that was a missed opportunity, that the biggest problems are lack of perimeter talent and protection.  But yes, go ahead and focus on one singular play in a 30 something minute video to try arguing your point.

It was a damn layup. In a situation where we needed 6 with 2 plays left in the game. The play was called for Theilen to get 6 there and it was there. Again, this was supposed to be a strength of Young’s. He comes in below average in so many other areas that if his one strength isn’t going to carry over he is doomed.

Well I'm only 7:26 in and he's kindly pointing out that BY never even looked the correct way on this play.  So there's more than one at minimum.

I’m not saying he was flawless or has no room for improvement, I just think it’s ridiculous to have absolutely no patience for a kid who’s played 3 games.

3 games? He’s been a top recruit playing QB his entire life. Being smart is literally the ONLY reason he went 1st overall. The mistakes he’s making are super concerning

Especially with that O-Line. After watching this vid, you can tell those 2 picks he threw in the Falcons game and the offensive line struggles have really gotten to his head. He's scared to let it rip and is super panicked in the backfield. Hopefully, with Corbett coming back, he can settle down. It can really go only up from here.

This may come as a surprise but NFL games are generally considered way different than college and highschool games.

I think you're perceiving discussing Bryce's mistakes with having no patience.  I don't see anyone here saying to give up on him, we're simply discussing the content in JT's video.  Jesus, get ahold of yourself this is a discussion forum.

    • lol, that second part is quite literally one of the dumbest things ever. Having or not having guaranteed contracts has absolutely nothing to do with how much these billionaires have to pay.  Because there is a hard cap and a minimum cap spend requirement, and teams either use their cap or roll it over to use it all the next year, so the owners have to pay the same amount of money in the end no matter what. Having fully guaranteed contracts in the NFL would only hurt salary cap management, and thus would end up screwing over the team and its fan base when teams kiss on signings as they take up cap room that is needed to improve the roster. Look at the Browns with Watson, they gave him the fully guaranteed deal and all it’s doing is sucking up massive cap space now.  If they hadn’t done that, the owner would still be paying the same amount of money each year as that cap space would still be used elsewhere. If you want to argue for fully guaranteed contracts because the players deserve it, that’s an entirely different argument and a fair one to discuss.  But anyone against fully guaranteed deals isn’t doing it to argue for the billionaire owners.

    • Ryabkin could be the steal of the draft, he was a Top 10 pick heading into last season and had a rough year.  Lots of GMs passed on him because of that and his workouts. Pick has really high upside and Svech should be able to translate Rod tearing his arse a new one for making dumb plays since Svech has had several years of it.  🤣😂
