Need your brutally honest opinions.

I have had enough people tell me, start a blog. The rebel in me doesn't want to because I think even my grandma has one. I just don't like doing what everybody else does.

But homey does need an outlet and I love to converse as much as anyone.

So.

Should I or should I not? This may further spur some screenplays which I will keep cranking on this year and get them out there.

But in the meantime, this could sharpen me up some.

I'm also curious to the topics. Should it be all encompassing or stick to a few topics.

Tell me the truth though. If you think I suck tell me. If it's a waste of time...tell me.

Either way, your opinions are appreciated. :seeya:

Well, since you asked....

Sorry, but couldn't give you a straight answer...if you want to who the hell could tell you no? do it no matter what people would say to you, if they don't like it then the hell with them...don't read it!

but then again so many blogs nowadays are just attention whorish all about me kinds of things not worthy of reading....

In the end do what you want to do, and fug anybody that is negative cuz nobody is forcing them to read it!

it would depend on the subject. the blogs that last long are news-oriented with some opinion thrown in.

i know you're into financial stuff like speculation and such, so something based on that i could see. you are really weird, so it could be interesting.

:smilielol5: Well I said be honest. Ha ha.

But you are kinda on the vibe I'm thinking about. I wouldn't make it a journal of my every waking move but something along the lines of wonkette to smartest man alive, meets deadspin, mixed with some pop sugar, sprinkle in some cnbc type stuff.

I can not recall the last time I was called weird. I appreciate that rodeo..seriously..

Don't do it unless you have something really unique to offer that you could picture people at work actually taking time out of their work day to read.

I don't remember who, but several people told me at a tailgate that I should start one. It would take too much of my time for too small of an audience. No way.

I got a couple of buddies that have some. They are so so but like you said jase, not that new. I'm pressed for time as it is and I almost feel vain or arrogant for thinking what I write on a bi weekly basis is worth somebody elses precious time.

I'm torn but I got some soccer and baseball teams to coach in the spring. I don't see how to swing this.

    • D Carr must have really disliked the saints to wait and do this announcement after the draft has passed if he made this call a few weeks before the draft sure they would have approached it and the offseason differently.  oh well will be interesting to see how their qbs perform.  would love to see them roll with Thill and just make the whole offense towards his skillset.  Although sadly would be only playing in about half the games with how often he gets injured.
    • I have to say it's quite fascinating seeing you pivot from months and months of wailing and agonizing about threads derailing into Bryce Young slingfests only for you to turn around and do the same thing. And just for the record. Nobody in life ever attained wisdom and clarity from mistakes by having people blindly fawn over them and tell them they are above reproach and incapable of making mistakes. Our front office is just as human as we are. And based on the fact that front offices across the league outside of a handful of teams change on a fairly regular basis it's safe to say they are certainly no more infallible than the average Joe even though they possess significantly more knowledge usually. If you want a utopia where all you do is shine shoes for anyone associated with the Panthers you go right on ahead and create yourself a new community sir. More power to you.
    • I trust Morgan when it comes to LBs so I think Wallace will do well.
