Is it possible to play any dirtier than the saints defense just played?

I hated the Saints with a deep passion before watching this game. Williams' comments about Smitty earlier this year and the way they blatantly cheap-shotted Favre all game just compounds my hatred. The Saints are absolutely pathetic. The Vikings turned the ball over FIVE TIMES and they STILL needed help from the refs to win.

i counted at least three late hits where the ball was long gone, the fake where favre handed it off on a bootleg and got plowed a good two seconds after that, the one where he got picked up and bodyslammed after the ball was gone (that one at least got called) and the cheap shot to the knees.

fug the saints.

f**k the saints.

This, fug The Saints and fug Goodell.

Any Saints fan that actually believe they won a fair game should get their fuging head examined.

Guys...is the NFL rigged?

No.

Also:

I hate Joe Buck. He states things like they are the utter truth and fact. There was one spot on the field at some point in the game where he acted like he knew for certain what it was supposed to be, and when viewing the video, you could tell he was dead wrong.

There is NO doubt in my mind that they sent guys one-second late for the sole purpose of hitting Favre the second he threw the ball. Not to go after the ball, not to sack him, no...to pound him into the ground as soon as he threw it.

I have NO CLUE why the Vikes protection went to poo. The Colts supposedly have great protection. After seeing this cheap crap let's hope the Colts gameplan properly.

Get over it. It's football.

While that's true and those hits might have been legal, it's still not cool.

You meet douches every day in your day-to-day lives; you don't like them but they aren't breaking any laws or rules, yet they are still douches.

    • Watching games this year again and Bryce missed a wide open XL many times and some of them were in the endzone. I get the kid has mental lapses and hasn't broke out yet, but this is year three on a rookie deal! Cutting bait now is too early. If he hasn't gained anymore trust from his QB, posted any highlights, little production, or outright gets beat out then we can talk movement.
    • Samesies   I truly may just cash completely out of Panther football if we give him a long term deal that isnt necessary.  I have watched NFL for 50 years now and I can without a shadow of a doubt say you cannot win consistently with BY.  Way too many limitations to deal with.   I may come back around in 3 years when the inevitable happens and all parties are either cut and/or fired.  Giving him a deal before this season so you hopefully can get him cheaper in case he "blows up" or if you truly believe that he will has to be the most moronic decision a gm can make when the evidence is laid before you with different players
    • This is the one! I was at that game and all KB had to do was lay down on the corner after the pick or make an obvious tag while he was down. He had already ran a lazy route. Then if Cam would've just walked to the sideline like most elite QBs instead of trying to make the tackle.  A lot of people bring up the TJ Watt hit, but he just reaggravated a bunch of scar tissue from that play. And every Cam hater said that the running did him in and it was a dive tackle attempt on an interception that initially began the shoulder deterioration. He still went to New England later and would've got them in the playoffs had their A team not sat out the covid year. We quit on him too early. But hey how good was Teddy? Am I right?
