If Wilks stayed, we would be stuck in coaching purgatory like Rivera. Not good enough to get us where we want, but just good enough to not get fired. Tep would stick with him for 5-8 years and we wouldnt win a SB.  We shouldve just picked the right head coach from the beginning.

Don't mention Wilks he lowkey our most hated HC for whatever reason.

 

I seen some posters saying Frank deserves more time, yet said Wilks was bad and not a good HC. Even the players vouched for Wilks. He had this team playing competitive football again and Tepper said no thanks give me the HC who got fired mid season from a losing franchise. Classic Tepper!
