Probable reasons:

Cowboys play in 4 days on Thanksgiving in a game they need to win to keep pace in the NFC playoff race

The Cowboys are worse on the road

Dak is inconsistent, Panthers have a good pass D according to the numbers, and haven't been able to run the ball well lately

Teams that blew out their opponent the previous week are having a hard time covering the spread the next week

"Kitchen Sink" game for the Panthers, they will likely go all out to win and save their jobs

Great points here. Panthers will score their usual 17 PPG, and the cowboys should cover or miss covering by 1 or 2 points. 27-17 or 28-17 boys.
