When was the last time we had a new GM and a new Coach going into a season.  As much as I can remember we haven't had a new GM / Coach come in at the same time.

Well, technically it was Dom Capers and Mike McCormack in 1995.

Isn't that sad.  Not since our inception.  Crazy to think we've never had a Coach/GM team come in together.

Just name Nicole Tepper both and we kill four birds with one stone. New GM and HC at the same time and the first female GM and HC.

If you want to get technical, Marty Hurney became GM in 2002 (even though he started in a different capacity with the team before hand) and over saw the hiring of, what became one of the best HCs to grace this team.... John Fox. 

Funny how all that occurred after a 1-15 season and here we are on that same track again
