accept the fact that theres nothing i can do about it and go to the local bar every sunday and drink beer and pull for the panthers with my buddies and have a good time like i usually do

then go post on the huddle and laugh at people bitching about things they can't change

You too, eh? I don't know why it's so entertaining to read all the whining and bitching but it is!

Wait and see how he plays instead of ASSUMING he'll suck.

The Jake argument is so one-sided that 90% of this board will be justified in their opinions of Jake if he does play and suck or conversely, nearly the whole board is going to look like complete morons. I'm neutral...I don't think I'm pro scout. Jake could be washed up or he could merely had a really bad year. I don't pretend to know the answer to that question.

If Jake does start and plays well, crow will be an extinct species of bird; just say'n...

I can argue both ways, i have seen Jake make some throws that were perfect. More recently (since surgery?) I have seen Jake overthrowing and underthrowing on passes that I feel a college QB wouldn't be expected to miss.

Maybe it was a bad year, maybe he was affected by surgery, maybe he was never really that good at all. That is for the FO to decide this offseason and threw preseason. Not to sound like John Fox, but I hope they put out the player they truly feel gives us the best chance to win

    • I mean this is legit AF statement....you don't spend that draft capital on a project just like you don't trade up for an injured RB either, which was done in the same draft.  That draft IMO was a necessary evil for DM to learn from his mistakes (I think he did but some may not). Also I have to mention I'm a big Coker fan and think getting him as an UDFA was obv a steal.  Coker is the better WR2 at this point as Legette and its not even debatable unfortunately.  Give him year 3 but don't expect much from him.  Continue in the offseason with adding as much talent and competition on the roster as possible including WR.  Or just trade his ass for peanuts and continue to build roster by any means.......
    • Losing him was a huge loss. Look at how the Bears went from a 5 win team to now a 11 win team. The Lions offensive line is bad this year, secondary is bad and Campbell going for it on 4th down all the time has cost them games instead of taking the Field Goals. Goff is inconsistent as well.
    • Nah we just talking about giving a platform and normalizing predators (who both beat women) opinions and celebrating it if it fits your narrative.  If that's fun I'm fine being a miserable fug by not supporting P.O.S like that. N b4 you call me a libtard or some other dumb ish know I'm an Anarchist/Libertarian and believe both these dudes should get a complete ass whooping (at min) or something worse for what they have done to women in this world.
