But I like the guy and show. Who knew He was such a good interviewer!

I like that he doesn't do a traditional monologue. He just tells a story and inserts jokes into it.

Yeah. He's very personal with his interview but still manages to make them interesting :coolgleamA:

From what I've seen he has his good and bad days. Some days he really connects with the guest and gets them to let their guard down. If they don't share his sense of humour though it tends to get pretty awkward.
