The jury is still out on who's the bigger bust between Jamarcus and Bryce. Both make a very compelling case.

Tepper has stepped back. The problem is the mess he created is going to take years to fix. He's not micromanaging at this point.

What information makes you believe that Mr. Monday Meeting has "stepped back".

I've just seen it. He's much less involved in the media.  Much less demanding of the spotlight. He knows he has royally screwed this thing up. 

 

But as said in a previous post, he's screwed up badly enough that it's going to take years to fix. At this point the organization is so non-functional that it is very difficult to evaluate anything.

it would take drafting Sheduer Sanders or something like that.  Or acquiring a spotlight player IMO in terms of the near future.
