Had my followup dr visit yest. The blood pressure still a bit high but that can be worked on. Also need to get my good cholesterol up.

What has me as a basket case is my PSA's were high. I reminded him that I was just a day or two removed from getting over a bladder infection. He said that made total sense but to be safe they will check my blood again.

There is no history of prostate cancer in my family or testicular. Whatever you offer up just offer up my PSA's are normal and it's all good.

Plus that I don't go insane worrying. ha ha :D

PSA for testing is almost worthless.

I have heard. He did old fashion and PSA. It seems to be over treated with antibiotics then if that doesnt change the ole urologist.

I think I'm good. Never had a bladder infection and the same week get a physical.

good luck!

my dad and both his brothers got prostate cancer....I hope you can stay as far away as possible from that...on the bright side, it's very highly treatable with very high success.

Look for a Hawk thread on similar subject this weekend when I plan to get completely fricken wasted!

You have made the first right choice, actually having an internist that you see for regular checkups and screenings.

People wonder why we are "sick" Americans?

Simply because we don't care until there is a problem.

Dumb.

Men in particular take better care of their cars than they do their bodies, and that is flat out dumb.

Eat smart, exercise regularly, see your primary care doc....the rest boils down to the genetic lottery.

      So answer the question. Why did Chark and Hurst have the same metrics (go look them up, I did... and one was actually worse in LA) with Justin Herbert? Why did Mingo have the same metrics with Dak? You're right, there is a common denominator, just not the one you're trying to make.  Why could DJ Moore get open with Bridgewater, Allen, Cam 2.0, Darnold, Baker, Williams, Bagent? I'll answer the question for you - because he is a good WR unlike Chark/Hurst/Mingo.

And you just said yourself that is due to him having a damn good roster around him and they are well coached. You're even saying the bad baker is still there somewhere, but he is in a good organization with good roster and coaching that they are getting the best out of him. Why does Baker and Sam get all that benefit of the doubt but when it comes to Bryce it must be a BY9 problem, not an org or team problem?  Hell I got a guy below you arguing with me that Chark/Hurst/Mingo sucked because Bryce wouldn't throw them open. It's ridiculous how far the stretch goes.

      Correct.  It’s really hard to get open in the NFL when opposing defenses gameplan and cheat coverage/routes on all your players because they know your QB can’t make certain throws/plays.   magically no one that comes to Carolina can get open or make plays with the ball in their hands…..it’s like there is one singular common dominator to it all.  BY makes playing defense way too easy.   NFL players are too good to allow one side to cheat coverage and not respect all the potential threats of a route  so you can dial up a great play.  But if corners and safeties just cheat coverage and know X and Y happening on route/threats….getting open gets hard when they just play it one way.  Getting open has a lot to do with the different threats a WR can pose on a given play.
