The 60-page document, obtained by Gawker.com, outlines Brooke's take if the marriage ends. Among the payouts ... there's a marriage signing bonus of $500,000. For the first 10 years, Brooke gets $300,000 for every year she's married. The couple was married May 30, 2008.

Brooke would get around $2.35 million for her share in the couple's Bev Hills home if they divorce now. And she'd get $100,000 to cover moving expenses.

In all, according to Gawker, Brooke's take would be $3,566,000.

But TMZ has learned there is more for Brooke. Sources familiar with the prenup tell us she also would get $55,000 a month in child support, plus a number of add-ons -- like medical expenses and schooling -- which could take monthly support north of $125,000.

Fun fact -- Charlie's net assets are $16 million, which includes a $5.6 million watch collection.

I personally found the "signing bounus" hilarious. but in all seriousness, WTF?? they've been married for almost 2 years.

I thought he would be worth more than 16 mil. He is the highest paid actor on tv, making something close to 1 million an episode for 2 1/2 Men. Although I've read that this may be his last season on the show...his choice in leaving.

yea, that's what I was going to say, as much as she would get it's nothing like how much she would get without a prenup.

16 mil does sound low. Maybe they deduct all the money that he spends on hookers from his net assets.

Tiger isn't paying out alimony...yet.

What's Sheen up to...soon to be two or more?

At some point...he's gonna look at a paystub and when the garnishing is seen he'll be "wtf!"

      They are 1 and 9 against the  Bucs in the past 10 games. the Panthers go as young goes.  QB1 ‘s are suppose to dictate and overcome  and elevate Everything the QB does affects every part of the team and Bryce is uneven. Canales and Bryce have  an uneven relationship too  as for Evero, the only thing that might save him is the injury to Baker’s left shoulder and oline injuries. I don’t even know how he is out there   I really feel their season ended last Sunday Canales’ division record isn’t great   Getting owned by the Saints and Bucs isn’t a good look

      Frankly surprised by the amount of people that want to hang Evero. This was a defense that was almost universally considered the bottom of the barrel before this season started. We’ve managed to stat our way to the middle of the pack whatever that means. Those critical of the zone schemes, what do you want? When even JC is getting burnt one on one by Olave you have little choice. There definitely have been moments where the zone blitz stuff has bit us. That said, are the third string linebackers (and nick Scott) covering poo anyway? This unit had only conceded 10 points going into the fourth quarter despite a litany of bullshit penalties on both sides. Them over performing is the biggest reason we are still in playoff contention.
