seriously the only player for the panthers on defense that's irreplaceable due to a combination of scheme and unbelievable depth and good drafting is beason

if he gets hurt just wrap this poo up and i'll see you fags in 2011

Trade Thomas Davis, if he is that injury prone where he is gonna tear an ACL every time he does a light workout we need to get what we can before the man has to get a new leg.

Trade him for what?

"Hey, we got a guy that tore his ACL after coming back from ACL surgery."

"OMG, I'll give you our #1 and #2 draft picks!!"

I was under the impression that he signed his tender BEFORE the practice... But, you could be right Jase...

Either way, for them to not come out after the initial tests and say it seemed stable or anything was the 1st bad sign. To have to do more tests tomorrow, 2nd bad sign. And 3rd, watching the video of the injury - his knee buckled again and he grabbed it immediately as he was falling and laid there writhing in pain for minutes before he walked off.

I already said in the other thread, I was hoping he was fine but none of those things indicate anything but that he re-injured the same ACL.

seems weird that he signed his tender after it happened... the doctors probably would have known by then.

He was going to have to sign the tender anyway. If he was playing under an injury contract there could be some advantage to having the tender signed particularly if the injury is serious. I don't really know any of the specifics though just speculating.
