Green, who was in court Friday afternoon, admitted to police that he was a cocaine user.

Police are not forthcoming with details because the arrest warrant was sealed by the court for 14 days. However, the prosecutor stated that he had a “good case” against the former Cleveland Browns executive.

“This is a very serious case, and in my opinion a good case,” prosecutor Ronald Dearstyne told said at Friday’s hearing.

Green has been charged with first-degree possession of child pornography, which means he possessed at least 50 images or depictions according to Connecticut state law.

A lot of misguided posts here. For one he's not a predator because he isn't actually hurting children, he surfed for something incredibly obscene on the interent or acquired it from another person.

Also saying he is hurting our nation's children is an assumption, we don't know and never will know what exactly and who exactly those pictures were of. With current laws, he could have been looking at animated children.

With that said I understand why CP is illegal and have no sympathy for this guy. He clearly has no self control.

uuummmm downloading child porn is hurting children, because it keeps the predators searching for more children to exploit. So he is continuing the abuse by buying this poo. I don't care what he is looking at, if they are under 18 he has a problem.

That said....Selena Gomez will be 18 later this month...

    • I'm looking at the schedule and I see a 10+win season easy.  I think Carolina goes undefeated in the division.  I also believe that the Bears, Bengals, Lions, Browns, Steelers are very winnable.  Revenge game with phillips and the eagles could be a win.  Honestly only 2 games I see as chalking up a L to off the bat is the Seahawks and Broncos.
    • I guess so. Don't think I was involved with previous discussions.  Tepper is one of the newest owners in the NFL. Dan is going into his 3rd season as a GM - ever. Dave is going into his 3rd season as a HC - ever. Before becoming a HC, he was an OC/playcaller for one season total. Idzik is about to go into his 1st year as a play caller - ever. WRs are rookies, sophomores and 3rd year guys - though the experienced 3rd year guys are XL and Coker (who has missed a ton of games). TEs are guys going into their 2nd and 3rd seasons, and Tommy Tremble - though Sanders has missed a ton of games. QB has played 3 years. Chuba is an experienced RB, but Brooks and Etienne have taken very little snaps at the position. O-line is more experienced vets with some talent - which is HUGE. Need them to stay healthy. I mean the offense is very young in every aspect except O-line. You see it differently?
