Great season!

Yea yea, so Jake went all Chernobyl on us. That sucks. But honestly, football has a very specific place in my life-fun. And the Panthers delivered. I had fun watching all the games, the losses and the wins. We had a great team this year which won our division and got us the number 2 seed. To me the factors that go into who wins a play off game are many, and I would bet that if we could turn the clock back on all the play off games they would be completely different almost every single time. So thanks Panthers and Panthers fans for a great season! :willy_nilly::willy_nilly::willy_nilly:

Look at all the "strong" regular season teams that fell this weekend...Titans, Giants and then us. The only one able to capitalize on the home field was the Steelers!

We were tops in the tough NFC South and made it to the playoffs with the #2 seed and a bye. It takes a lot to make it to the big dance and we just didn't have quite enough.

This team has a lot of talent, a lot more than most in the NFL. And just as right as rain, the season gon' come roun' gin next year!!!

I'm thankful that our main talent is still young and can still improve. Scary to think our run game can get better. The season was fun, just sucks the way it ended.

My friend at work is a Lions fan and I always tell him to get on board w/ the Panthers before they win the SB this year, now we have the same outcome to show for as the Lions do. 'Least he has 1st round draft picks and a new coach to look forward to =/

    • I was playing around with the ESPN playoff predictor and it shows if 49ers and Rams finish with same record, the Rams hold the tiebreaker.
    • This is my thinking as well. Seattle played as good as they could on defense and Panthers still had a chance until those back to back turnovers.  I don't think the Rams played particularly well in their game against us, alot things went our way in order to win.  Someone pointed out the Rams were bad on the east coast road games and Seattle has been the better road team but they just fought a hard contested game against the Panthers, and now they travel to San Fran this week for their biggest game of the season to determine the division and if they are the overall #1 seed in the NFC or will be traveling for the Wildcard weekend.  If they lose they then travel back cross the country to play a team they've just beaten two weeks ago, not saying they won't be favored against the Panthers but the energy of hosting our first playoff game in 10 years along with the get back effect of having just lost to this team could be huge.
    • I don’t know about shadowing and all that, but according to this, whatever we are doing is working
