if he's being honest, i can really relate to the guy. I went through my first few years of college oblivious, unaware, and immature. just coasting along, barely doing enough to just not get kicked out. I just started getting things together within the past year or so. I just didn't get it until recently. Can't explain it, but things finally clicked. hopefully that's what's happened with jarrett. i wish him the best.

Same deal. And now I'm only working harder and doing better every year. Let's hope Jarret realized that its time to put up or go home.

Or maybe he see's, for the first time since he has been drafted, there are more WR's at camp right now than the team can afford to move into the regular season with! Hmmm, that would be a good reason to finally TRY!

I love how Jarrett gets everyone hopes up in TC. Before the end of this week he is goning to have 1000 yards and a Pro bowl. Last year was supposed to be his redemption year and the year before that he was growing up and going to make an impact. The fact is he is a 3 year vet that can only run a few routes and cant beat the jam at the line. Oh and he still dose not understand were to line up in those said routes. But hey he has great hands right? That should let him have a great season right there.

been my experience as well.. although it's much nicer to look down from my soapbox, having no idea what it's like to live at the NFL level...

I do have to say, just so people don't interpret my words incorrectly, in the same breath: he needs to step it up..

I would love for you to point me in the direction of ONE person who has said the above that is bolded.. JUST ONE.. lol

this is a prime example of failing to interpret what people are saying instead of using your emotion to put words in peoples mouths..

I'm pretty sure most people have said they doubt Jarrett, but do admit there is time to turn it around.. the guy being in the league for 3 years means poo to me.. y'all have to understand that concept.. until there is someone he is pushing OFF the roster, we might as well see if he matures as we are hoping he will..

with that said, I fail to see where you got your sources from...

again, every little thing with Jarrett gets exaggerated. He lines up wrong....he is lazy and stupid. Steve Smith does it...no one pays attention. Terrell Owens is a future HOFer and he was being corrected last night to get into position correctly (yes, he is new to a team but they aren't throwing anything at him he can't handle). It just happens when you play this game.

Jarrett imo was probably a better WR last season than Moose. Didn't do him much good though. As Fox showed last year, being better doesn't earn you time on the field when he wants other guys to play (Delhomme, Godfrey, Moose, etc.).

    • lol, that second part is quite literally one of the dumbest things ever. Having or not having guaranteed contracts has absolutely nothing to do with how much these billionaires have to pay.  Because there is a hard cap and a minimum cap spend requirement, and teams either use their cap or roll it over to use it all the next year, so the owners have to pay the same amount of money in the end no matter what. Having fully guaranteed contracts in the NFL would only hurt salary cap management, and thus would end up screwing over the team and its fan base when teams kiss on signings as they take up cap room that is needed to improve the roster. Look at the Browns with Watson, they gave him the fully guaranteed deal and all it’s doing is sucking up massive cap space now.  If they hadn’t done that, the owner would still be paying the same amount of money each year as that cap space would still be used elsewhere. If you want to argue for fully guaranteed contracts because the players deserve it, that’s an entirely different argument and a fair one to discuss.  But anyone against fully guaranteed deals isn’t doing it to argue for the billionaire owners.

    • Ryabkin could be the steal of the draft, he was a Top 10 pick heading into last season and had a rough year.  Lots of GMs passed on him because of that and his workouts. Pick has really high upside and Svech should be able to translate Rod tearing his arse a new one for making dumb plays since Svech has had several years of it.  🤣😂
