Is matt moore criticism allowed on here?

You realize you're practically begging for someone to say "you're one letter off", right?

I actually had an entire image made up where Google supposedly asked me "Did you mean '***'?" but I thought it might be too offensive due to the direct nature.

I'm talking about the sect of posters on the Huddle who defend Moore even more than the Jake defenders last year. I hope whoever is under center for us does well, whether it be Moore or Clausen.

I just really get sick of people dogging Clausen and slurping Moore, I mean damn guys, they're both Panthers, why can't they both be supported? Aside from the "blah blah 6-2 blah blah Clausen's mean blah blah Clausen threw a pick he sucks blah blah Moore threw a pick it's not his fault, mmm his jock's delicious."

Moore is 6-2 as a starter and has been in our system for over 2 years.

Clausen is a rookie QB who is yet to throw a reg season pass...and has looked like a rookie in preseason.

Which one do you think people would have more confidence in?

Damn, some people are just fuging idiots.

Matt Moore is the starter-period.

Moore has earned the right to start, but still has to prove that he is our franchise qb.

Clausen is a very talented qb who could prob come in mid-season if we needed him to do so.

Fans worried about the qb is to be expected.

Fox ball does not rely on the QB , it relies on the run.

(hence why we kept Jake for so long)

We have no WR other then Smith that any defense is affraid of.

We have to run a perfect offense this season with minimal penalties in order for Fox ball to work.

i dunno guys, i must have missed that hr meeting at the huddle office where we decided that all negativity towards matt moore was to be left at the door. I'm serious 90 percent of the huddle supports matt moore like he was the unquestioned 6 time pro bowler 4500 yard 30td passer that he is not. I wish the guy well, but at the same time I would love for every player in that roster to be in "a short leash". I hope moore kills, and if he dosen't then he really needs to get evaluated (i hope). There seems to be a serious backlash to anyone calling moore anything but hope, like called a troll, or even question the faith in the team. And look all I hope for the huddle is to understand that this guy has not grown on some people, and if the guy struggles next week, and we start shaky because poor offense/qb play to really realize that moore may not be the guy, clausen may be a bust and we might look to trade for a qb.....but seriously guys, i hope we can get moore of his high chair, go out there and earn your job buddy, start 6-0 THEN i might buy your jersey, till then...

    • They said there wasn't clear evidence to warrant the overturn.  How would it have made a difference at that point in the game?   https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/nfl-privately-admitted-to-erroneous-reversal-of-catch-by-panthers
    • Me, I'm sick of WWE channel hopping their PLEs and shows. Netflix now with Raw. USA still has Smackdown but you can't get it with Roku if you don't also have cable. Then they went from all the PLEs on Peacock to ESPN+ which required upgrading your Disney+ package. Then they frikkin' move Saturday Night Main Event with John Cena's retirement match back over to frikkin' Peacock, which we'd just cancelled two months prior because no PLEs there anymore. And there are fewer, but longer matches and its the same danged stories again and again. Rematch after rematch after rematch between PLEs. Fewer matches, fewer wrestlers, more promos (of lesser quality) and less action.  It just seems like it's all fillers and re-runs. I'm tired of Cody Rhodes. I'm tired of Jey Uso. I'm tired of the two Brons. Shuffle the deck a bit guys, this game's getting stale.
    • Chuba was 3 yards behind the 3 gap. He was lined up weak offset I. It was a 33 dive. Chuba needed to power through off of Ekwonu's block and slip off into the 5 gap where the Tremble had the lane sealed and Rick pulled the LB out of the 5 gap. Here's a visual if you need proof. Chuba did a jump cut laterally to the 2 gap on the right side with unblocked defenders crashing down and went airborne.   This is a 33 dive that should have been slipped off the block into the 5 gap. Chuba lacked vision, but you can see Rico and Bryce staring at the intended running lane sealed off by Tremble and Ekwonu. He should have read Ekwonu's block. The blocking and misdirection is NOT set up for the right side. The play worked. Chuba failed to execute on this play. Trust who you want to, but I wouldn't suggest you argue with the video. Anyone telling you this was drawn up to go right with the blocking did not analyze it. They are correct it should have been a called dive, and it was a called dive.  This was a weak offset I bringing Tremble in motion from the right to the left.
