Buddy and me have nicknamed Jarrett "Mud"....because it looks like he is running in mud. It is actually catching on in our section.

if The Sloth ain't catchy enough we can alway go with D Jarr.

no no man, the more I sit here the more I start chuckling about the comparisons. I dunno if anyone has mentioned it before but I think #80 just got dubbed.

Lanky - check

Generally relaxed and easy going - check

Maybe looks too relaxed - check

Somewhat fuzzy - check

Now Im really rootin for the Sloth just so I can say "Touchdown Mahfahker! Ahhh the Sloth was in your endzone scratchin his balls ALL day!. . Didnt your db's see em?!"

Then the nickname is being very effective. Too effective. Maybe for just one game you call him Jarrett "Hey, WTF is he doing wideopen" Jarrett. Your section might have gnarly powers or something.

    • I love Chubba.  Been a fan since I heard about his story when he was at Ok St.  and no doubt his production and progression is impressive, but this is my one nitpick - he was always touted for his speed, having come from a track background, so I am honestly surprised he doesn’t have more breakaway runs for TDs than what he has achieved thus far.  But to be fair, it often feels like he is constantly having to break tackles, so when he breaks the last one where it would just be nothing between him and the end zone, that usually took long enough that a defender from the opposite side of the field got an angle to catch up.  I really hope with the receiver additions, Bryce moving forward with confidence and proving that ending stretch last season wasn’t an aberration, and another year of synergy for the OL, Chubba is gonna have some wide open running this season.  He is definitely special.  Proud of him and happy he is getting rewarded for all his hard work…
    • Didn't i say passing other cars?
    • If you're in the left lane, look to the right. Is there someone beside you? Are you soon overtaking someone in the right lane immediately ahead of you? No and no? Then get the fug over. That's how it's supposed to work. Doesn't matter if you're going 100.
