Why is the Colts defense looking better than ours??

Our D will get things turned around before too long. They have alot of talent, they just weren't prepared to face real NFL offenses after working against our scrub ass offense in practice and TC for so long.

Plus we have a bunch of new/young guys and Fox runs the easiest most laid back TC in the NFL. Don't worry, we'll be in mid-season form looking like a top 10 D by week 12 or so.

So two weeks ago Meeks was a hero, now he is the goat?

I wonder if losing Peppers, Hollis, or Chris Harris has anything to do with the defensive problems?

Does this sound familiar? The hit that changed the game

Hit by Chris Harris changed game for Chicago Bears

ARLINGTON, Texas -- The game changed when Chris Harris hit Roy Williams like a bag of anvils early in the second quarter. Williams hung onto the ball for a 19-yard gain to keep the drive alive, but several Bears players claim that Cowboys receivers felt that hit for the rest of the game

Now personally, I don't buy that the Cowboys receivers were scared after that, but the point is that you can't lose that many quality vets, and expect the defense to be as good as it was at the end of last season. Especially when we also lost Thomas Davis to injury at the beginning of the season.

Because their offense has kept them fresh and off the field. You're welcome.

This^^^....I think they had a five six min drive. poo simply put effective qb play changes ur teams attitude. We haven't done that since this damn imposter fooled the poo outta us all. Well we have to be real its not over its two games and after watching all games today a lot of nfc teams are 1-1 or 0-2 the shipped hasn't left yet please believe me

Says something about the whole organization imho. From Ownership to Coaches to Players, there's a ton of talent, but no heart, no fire, no plan.

2010 is a "collect my check" throw-away season. We're squandering talent, and ended a few good players’ careers the wrong way.

Shame on you Mr. Richardson. You put your interests in the league head of the interests of your team, and as a fan base, we get to suffer through mediocrity at best, embarrassment at worst, and get to eat a healthy dose of crow for over a year.

Post of the day.

Chicago writers write some of the sappiest pieces I've ever seen, seriously. Everything is a f**king folklore story of legend. Did Harris get up and spit a nail out that stuck in the ground then the sun shined through the stadium windows and made a shadow of George Halas' smiling face form on the turf and the Bears rallied around it?

Peppers yes. Harris, Hollis and the majority of the others would not have made this team 1-1.

Man were u watching us last year I feel you about losing to many vets but Chris Harris didn't make ONE game changing hit in 16 contest last year not one Deac. Please refresh my vivid memory. So to your question hell no that doesn't sound familiar msybe from two three seasons ago

Don't know if they would have made us 1-1, especially since the blame for today's loss is mostly on the offense. But I do think that at this point in time, each of those guys was better last year than the players who replaced them this year. That might not always be true, but for now it is.

See, no matter what you talk about with this team, it keeps coming back to coaching and the lack of intensity they seem to instill in the team. Yeah, we have some players that get up for the game, but some players still need the coaches to get in their ass and it seems like Fox doesn't get emotional, almost like he is trying to keep his herpes in check.

Think what you want about Peppers but even at 50% effort he was better than anything we appear to have at DE right now.

Harris didn't have Godfrey's speed but he had a higher football IQ and was caught out of position much less often.
