I just pwned Jimmy Clausen.

Yea cause he totally don't need to relax and try to get his mind off of a terrible loss by his team...I mean wow! What is he thinking trying to have a life!

Not in this situation, he wasn't a starter that blew a game yesterday. No one is blaming poo on him. Heck I'm even defending his pick and think he made no mistakes yesterday. But he is the guy that may be taking over. He needs to FOCUS on that. Not movies. What the f**k could be more important this week for him than the possibility of his FIRST real NFL start?

Look I want to see this kid lead our team real bad too, and really hope he is all that, but this is the kind of poo I am afraid of. The fans are giving him waaaaaaay too much credit for not accomplishing jack poo yet.

In Jimmy's case that kind of attitude re-inforces the cocky/arrogant attitude problems he's been criticized for in the past.

This is exactly what I meant when I said this kid needs a guy like Delhomme to teach him how to freaking act.

Christ this kid is going to give us and our opponents some "quotes".

Just shut up and practice Jimmy! Please, please PLEASE KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!

Where are those guys that were telling me Jimmy doesn't need to learn leadership abilities? Monday morning after a horrid loss at home, a QB controversy, we are 0-2 and he's asking us what movies he should watch?

Ok now I officially expect Smith to at some point punch Jimmy in the face before Jimmy finally grows up.

PS: As a matter of fact, I think Smith's probably got him in a little corner in the locker room along with Beason giving him a weggie.

Didn't you just start a thread about how our fan base needs to grow up? LOL

As someone who jumped all over LaFell's immature tweets, I've got to say your comments are way out of line.

I can guarantee you Clausen will see plenty of film on both the Bengals and Ravens when he needs to. You guys are a bit ridiculous. With this mentality, I'm sure you work all the time, right? What are you even doing on the Huddle right now, you should be making yourself better at whatever it is you do.

I'm on vacation. And I'm a Panther fan and a QB change is pretty important to me. So it's what's on my mind right now. Shouldn't it be on Jimmy's mind too?

And no it's not ridiculous, being harsh to proven veterans is ridiculous. NOT being skeptical enough of a rookie is ridiculous. Doesn't mean we shouldn't support him but come on...we rip Delhomme apart, we rip Moore apart, and we hail Jimmy before he throws the first relevant touchdown. He still needs to prove himself to us and that should be our attitude? Like a strict parent. We love you, but you are going to do poo our way!

That's my attitude anyway. Jimmy's like the best kindergartner in his class...by far. But he is still in kindergarten right now.

So you really don't think that Jimmy should be able to watch a movie in his free time? Should he have any free time at all?

I hate to tell you this, but Jimmy Clausen could care less about what is on your mind right now.

Joking around normally doesn't end up with someone getting punched in the face or cornered in the locker room with their underwear over their head! Give the kid a break he just wants to watch a movie for PEAKS SAKE!

Well THAT was the joke silly. I'm not actually condoning that. I am condoning that Jimmy wait until after he does something to talk because he could end up shoving the proverbial foot up his on ass.

He has been criticized for being immature. You know that. Twitting on monday morning asking what movies he should watch, when like the OP said,.....should be obvious, just draws more fire to him.

I would rather we be the ones that criticize him for things like that, and hopefully stop it before the national media and opposing fans get a hold of it. Just trying to help the kid out honestly.

The state of this team? No one should even leave the complex. If anything he should be watching a movie at the stadium...in the film room. :D

And I could care less as a Panther fan what movie Jimmy wants to watch on his personal time on monday morning when I have no clue who my starting QB is going to be on Sunday. I'm not a Jimmy fan. I'm a Panther fan first. I may be a Jimmy fan later but he has to prove himself to me. I have nothing to prove to him.

He's the one that needs to win the hearts and minds of the fanbase not me. It seems he's doing a good job with some of you, which is fine. Me, I believe it when I see it.

But I will say this much, if he blows our first game I won't be calling for his head either like some people do.

THANK YOU MAN.

Am I the only one that remembers a couple of years ago when some of our guys were showing up for practice early to practice on their own?

THAT'S WHAT I DEMAND TO SEE!

Honestly if I had that kind of an opportunity, that is EXACTLY what I would be doing.
