The Front Office by hampering Fox & Hurney from getting any decent free agents this year?

Fox and coaching staff for not being able to get the most out of the talent the team has?

Hurney, since he's the G.M. and has final control over the talent brought to the team?

Jerry Richardson, since he is a greedy bastard owner?

The players for not living up to their talent?

Other?

(note: none of these options is my opinion, just opinions I have seen posted. Except for the Zod opinion. I have seen that.)

imo, just having such a young team is going to hurt. i'm not bothered by it because the more these guys play together, the better they'll get.

i'm just putting this as an early growth year that will result in the team being better in the future. lots to build on and with, imo. we'll have lots of room for growth (esp. financially) as well which will be good for the new coaching staff.

But...The Bucs are only older than the Panthers on average by about 3 months...

    • well i could go on & on but i will just highlight it by saying big difference trust me from the SEC & NFL.it's honestly like comparing apples & oranges especially when you are talking about a  LT. in the NFL you are going up against the most athletic freaks of nature the world has to offer . .the NFL also has much more exotic & complicated defensive schemes than what they are used to seeing at Georgis &  finally but most importantly you have to learn how to master complex bio mechanics where the body kick steps instantly as a reaction to these world class athletes rush without really making a conscious effort it's more of a learned muscle memory  & it can take thousands upon thousands of reps to master rproper technique for a LT in the NFL especially if you are still very raw like Monroe Freeling is    ...just saying
    • All that being the case or maybe being the case, we do not know Wharton’s timetable n the first place. They are being coy about it. Or maybe not. They say week to week the board says he is terminal lol and must be replaced. Who knows? It may or may not warrant a fairly drastic solution.  Walker is a bargain and we are not well stocked at OL despite recent investments. Freeling has yet to have a single padded practice. Too much speculation driving this plan IMO.
    • I would really love to know who’s actually making these moves because it’s weirdly vague who’s doing the hiring and firing.
