It's no one but bad QB play.Look at Steve Beuerlein for an example.He led the NFL in yards for us,with a sorry line,hardly a running game,and no great receiver!

The last above average QB we have had as a Panther was Steve Beuerlein.Until we have a QB as good as he was,we will be talking about a bad line,no receivers,or whatever.

Beuerlein had Moose who went to the probowl that year, Jeffers who has over 1000 yards and had 12 TDS, and Wesley Walls who was a 5 time probowler for us.

Biakabutuka averaged 5 yards a carry and 6 TDs rushing the ball. He onlt carries the ball 138 times or he would easy have been a 1000 yards rusher that year.

Beuerlein was good that year but we had pretty good offensive weapons. Now the defense and the offensive line were another matter. The opponents sacked Beuerlein 51 times.

Your post makes no sense like most of what you write. The point is Beuerlein had a good supporting cast and we played a Seifert style West Coast offense which uses passing as a main weapon rather than rushing.

Our O-line was poor that year and beuerlein was generally immobile.

RG-Anthony Redmon

C-Frank Garcia

LG-Bryan Stoltenberg/Matt Campbell

LT-Clarence Jones
