Some WR options...

Anybody heard anything about Antonio Bryant's knee?

Think he is just waiting for a call. Read a report he has been working hard staying in shape and is ready to go. I think it would'nt be a bad pick up for us it take pressure off smith and give us a nice option in the pass game. It be a risk reward situation imo.

What are we going to give up for anyone worth a damn? Sutton is not going to do it brother man, sorry to crush your dreams into the ground. The only players on our team with value are Smitty, Dwill and Stewart. Gross, Gamble, Beason, and Connor. Those are the only players that you can give up for an impact player, so unless you want to give up picks then aint poo happening.

But then you hoes would bitch about Hurney trading away picks for blah blah blah, whiny biotches blah blah blah. I am sure the OP would say we should stand pat with what we have if his butt buddy Jarrett were on the field. Nobody on this team can play WR on this team according to Smitty and Jarrett according to some(bwahahahaha). So while our rookies showed a bit of improvement these weak ass busters are still like "we needs a new wideout." But only because the are butt hurt because their spiked lipped boyfriend lost his job to a rook.

Your theory about me not having a problem if Jarrett was on the field is laughable. It doesn't matter who it is, someone from USC or not, I want production from a number two receiver. If Jarrett can't do it fine, if he can fine and if they don't want to let him on the field thats fine to if it's the decision the coaching staff makes. If thats the case then cut him and bring in someone who can get the job done. All you have to do is research some of my posts before training camp and you will see where I said if Jarrett doesn't look like he can get the job done as the number two then he should be cut. That was a pathetic attempt to make me look like a homer....try again bro....

If only it were as easy to find a WR as it is in Madden. I just put Leonard on the block in my franchise and got offered Mike Wallace from the Steelers, James Jones from the Packers and Jericho Cotchery from the Jets....

Que the obligatory Madden isn't real life comments in 3...2....1.....

If the NFL were to equal Madden, then the Carolina Panthers would be....

    • generally speaking, going by the original NFL international marketing rights announcement... we would expect to host a Germany home game once every four years.  Doesn't mean we would play internationally only then, just the guarantee home game situation things might have changed since then, if they figure out how to play at more stadiums during a season to expand the number of "home" teams available
    • Munich won't happen. It's a Lions home game in Munich, but we play the Lions at home at BOA Most likely to happen would be Madrid vs the Falcons (although KC has been pushing hard for this one). From a schedule perspective, it would be interesting to have an early November Madrid game (then the bye week), then close out the season at BOA for the 2nd game vs the falcons.  In other words, put the two division games in the 2nd half of the season Paris vs the Saints has long been rumored to be the Browns (but... never say never) We wouldn't play Munich, Melbourne, Mexico City, London, or Rio based on who those announced home teams happen to be
    • Moton's knees were an issue before last season. He will be 32 before the season starts and gets 14.2M in '26 and 21.5M for '27 (not guaranteed). LT Icky and Rasheed Walker are signed through '26 and Freeling through '30 (option); LG Lewis signed through '28, C Fortner through '26 and Hecht through '29; RG Hunt through '28, RG Moton through '27.  They did a good job shoring up that oline.  We can have a starting oline of: LT Freeiling, LG Lewis, C Hecht, RG Hunt, and RT Moton pretty much locked up through the '27 season (will just take a Moton option to do). That's good because we need to be ready to pull the trigger with next year's QB class.
