My "abs" are forming an Eclipse on my penile area

Best I can tell you to do is what I did. MAKE yourself go, just one day. Run on a treadmill (or stationary bike, if you have bad knees or ankles) for about 10 minutes (or a mile, either way). Then, just start doing basic stuff. Bicep curls, triceps extensions/push-downs, bench, whatever. Go in with a plan, but you don't have to stick to it strictly or anything. Stay in there for about an hour, the endorphins kick in, you feel amazing. This feeling will cause you to go again and again to where you are basically addicted to that "high" you get when you finished a great workout.

If/when you decide to work out, hit me up via response on here or PM. I got a pretty sweet workout I am on right now. Loving it. Of course, a good diet is important (JUST AS important as the exercise).

I'm a PE major and literally JUST got done with a unit last week on nutrition.

Your quality of life will matter in a few years based on what you do today. The more weight you put on the more strain you put on your back and joints. It also has an impact on your psyche. If time is a big issue, get some good home equipment and don't use it as a clothes rack. Caloric intake is also important. Eat less and/or healthery food.

I'm losing weight! Woot!!! I weigh 200 lbs now, less than I did senior year of HS.

I will say this, get a workout buddy. I recently got my two friends to sign up at my MMA academy, and with them going, I'm now at the gym 3 or 4 nights a week, as opposed to 1, 2 or sometimes none without them.

Everybody has a moment when they can either decide to do something about their weight, or give up and slide.

For me it was 8 years ago, trip to Mexico with my wife.

Drinking and smoking on the beach, my fat ass decides to go parasailing.

Really wanted to use the cool Spiderman parachute they had. (why that was cool? I was drunk, that's why.)

So i give the guy some dough and say to the little guy "I wanna be Spiderman"

He pretty much says "sorry senor, you are way too big for that chute." He hauls out this giant old smelly Army surplus chute and has to rifle around in a huge bag for the xxxl lifejacket.

That was fugging IT for me.

Since then I work out every day.

I hate it, but I hated being fat and out of shape more.

Quit smoking. Don't drink much and now thanks to the kids I have to work out really early in the morning. Hate that with a passion, but being fat is worse.

I had a dickie-do too. Where my gut stuck out further than my dickie-did.

Not any damn more.

    • I'm looking at the schedule and I see a 10+win season easy.  I think Carolina goes undefeated in the division.  I also believe that the Bears, Bengals, Lions, Browns, Steelers are very winnable.  Revenge game with phillips and the eagles could be a win.  Honestly only 2 games I see as chalking up a L to off the bat is the Seahawks and Broncos.
    • I guess so. Don't think I was involved with previous discussions.  Tepper is one of the newest owners in the NFL. Dan is going into his 3rd season as a GM - ever. Dave is going into his 3rd season as a HC - ever. Before becoming a HC, he was an OC/playcaller for one season total. Idzik is about to go into his 1st year as a play caller - ever. WRs are rookies, sophomores and 3rd year guys - though the experienced 3rd year guys are XL and Coker (who has missed a ton of games). TEs are guys going into their 2nd and 3rd seasons, and Tommy Tremble - though Sanders has missed a ton of games. QB has played 3 years. Chuba is an experienced RB, but Brooks and Etienne have taken very little snaps at the position. O-line is more experienced vets with some talent - which is HUGE. Need them to stay healthy. I mean the offense is very young in every aspect except O-line. You see it differently?
