Honestly, with Vicks performance last night I figured there would be a dozen threads on the front page about how he needs to play QB for us because he was better at App than Vick was at VT. Instead, all morning and nada.

I'm really disappointed. In both of you.

It's because any thread made about Armanti Edwards turns into the same thing. So I keep my thoughts to myself instead of trying to convince anyone on here that its worth it to try him.

I am pretty much in the same boat as you. I've been to every playoff game since 2005 and numerous home games. There was a drastic improvement in his ability to throw the ball from his freshman year to the senior year. He is willing to get his nose on the grind stone and work on things he needs to improve. All I've ever heard from people on the inside is that the kid is humble too. He might not be the greatest ever, but he is a good human being and doesn't deserve the trash he gets.

Yea, 05' was my first year there. He definitely improved his passing ability over the course of his college career. I don't truly understand why people don't like him, but I keep my mouth shut because it always turns into garbage.

Armanti was a much better passer in college especially stat wise. I didn't watch App games very often but the few I saw I was impressed. No way he was faster than Vick though.
