Panthers not happy "Campers"

Recommended Posts

According to PFT

The mass exodus of the Panthers’ defensive coaching staff apparently didn’t have anything to do with Julius Peppers’ complaints about Carolina’s scheme.

ESPN.com’s Pat Yasinskas, citing sources close to the situation, reports that several of the coaches were miffed that the Panthers took so long to offer them contract extensions. The offers didn’t come until the last few days, which the coaches saw as a sign of disrespect. They felt the new offers should have come before the playoffs.

Defensive coordinator Mike Trgovac, defensive line coach Sal Sunseri and defensive backs coach Tim Lewis are all gone. So is linebackers coach Ken Flajole, but he got a promotion to become the Rams’ defensive coordinator.

Now, head coach John Fox isn’t very happy, which gives him something in common with his star defensive end.

Why do people look at PFT????? Do you enjoy looking at piles of crap hoping that you see a work of art in it somewhere? you must.

them citing yas just makes it more of a joke.

anyway, we already discussed that yas article that was cited in another thread.

waste of time and space.

please do yourself and others a favor and don't look to Pulled From Turd for your football news. if you do look there, don't waste our time by sharing it.

they shouldn't be quoting them.

waste of time.

espn isn't any better. both are jokes. one does a crappy job and the other is some glorified gossip magazine who have people throwing feces to the wall to see what sticks. good luck finding out which is which.

    • I've actually been very complimentary of him.  I have said that I think he will get the bulk of receptions and yards. I have said I think he will be a 1k yard reciever thia year. He has issues tho and I guess no one is allowed to point them out.
    • We don't have to lie, 4.8 was official and there were scouts who had him in the 4.54 to 4.57 range
    • Think the "official time" put out was 4.48, but there were a lot of scouts there who of course all had difference times as it's all handed timed by them.  Think I saw it as low as 4.43 and as high as 4.62 or something, but in the end it's all basically the same speed because 40 yard dash is so pointless. Anyone who complains about his speed is just someone who wants a Chase/Jefferson/Nabers style #1 as opposed to an Evans style #1 who isn't going to beat you because of his speed but his other abilities. In the end, he's fast enough for a player his size and surprisingly quicker and more agile than people give him credit for too. The real problem is that Panthers fans can't get our past big WR failures out of their head, they hear "big WR" and automatically see a plodding KB or Jarrett in their minds and assume that's also T-Mac.
