I wouldn't choose Free Bird because it's not really about the south, honestly.

Skynyrd is amazing though (before crash). People don't realize it enough and only get to listen to the annoying songs "Gimme Three Steps/Sweet Home Alabama". Listen to "Cry For the Bad Man/Searching/I Need You".

I do agree that Country Boy Can Survive is the best for the south, because of all the positives the song brings.
