Hooters has been tryin to get a water front spot up there for years. They tried to get the Rudder a before it was the Rudder. They might make a run on the old Midtown place. Hope so.

This guy at my office always invites me to go up there on Friday's for karaoke. Cool scene being right on the lake like that but I havent been there in a couple of years

Yeah from were I live the Denver one is still closer than the Harris blvd one. I really hope the Hooters idea pulls through, or try a Bikini's that would be swell.
