  • 1-7 at home this year. (wost in nfl)
  • 6-1 on the road (best in nfl)
  • #4 ranked defense in nfl
  • only the carolina panthers have scored less points offensively
  • no 2nd round draft pick
  • no quarterback
  • ronnie brown, ricky williams both are free agents
  • 18 dropped ints all year
  • road wins against - jets, packers, vikings, raiders
  • home losses against - browns, bills, lions (all with playoffs on the line)
  • head coach who likes fieldgoals more than tds.
  • offensive coordinator that plays to not lose, instead of going for throat

I cant believe i still root for this fuging team. ugh. now we have questions at qb, rb, headcoach, and OC with a pooty cba situation coming up.

We will finish 7-9 for the 2nd year in a row. henne sucks, he has regressed under this coaching staff. they are garbage. this sucks:mad:

but come on, you've got Henne, what more could you ask for?

and no, you can't have Luck. He's ours.

...but we do have this Clausen you could have :)

also I hope Henne can improve under a different coach. I feel like there are times where he looks great, the Dolphins are up big, look invincible... then he goes and throws a couple pick sixes back to back.

Of course hindsight is always 20/20 but in the 08 draft did you want to draft Long?

He's a very good player, but knowing what you do now would you rather have taken Ryan #1 overall?

i liked long. hes a pro bowl LT, porential hall of famer....but you dont win Superbowls with great LTs. it helps. but you take the franchise QB if possible.

We havent drafted a qb in the first round since 1983 (dan marino) and we havent had a qb worth a damn since dan marino............coincidence? you tell me.

    • One thing about it, he's not thinking about retiring. I found it odd that some Huddlers were taking rumors and running with them, imagining a slow down and "up-playing" injuries. Moton feels great and is still in his prime according to him, and his game is still indicative of his thoughts.  Sure, it may ultimately come down to economics, but I am sure that everyone involved is motivated to keep him in Charlotte.
    • I think the knee stuff with Moton has been blown way out of proportion. The exact quote was “It’s chronic stuff. Most linemen deal with it. But it’s just figuring out what we can do to make sure it’s limited and I’m still able to explode off it, which right now I can and I feel like I can in the future,” After a while, you start learning more about it and what can we do to make sure it’s as little of an issue as possible. I feel like I’m moving like I was when I was younger.” I don't view that as a guy who's saying his knees are on their last leg I see that as a 10-year NFL olineman saying that obviously after 10 years of playing a really physical sport, he's never truly gonna be 100% healthy again and he's gonna need to spend more time with the training staff to ensure his body can continue to perform at a high level. I think Moton has another 3 to 5 years left if he wants to continue playing.
    • So much crying. Tiresome. All of you should have had enough time to come to terms with the team picking up his 5th year...
