I think he meant that if the forty niners think they can get Luck to declare (which they actually can't).

Luck isn't going to declare people. He wants his degree, period. If anything they will try to move up next year, I don't see them as suddenly being a winning team as they are rebuilding as well, so that would make more sense.

yeah..i didnt think of that....i hope that is a possibility...that would be great..since we wont get the two main guys we want we can even some more to pick up more picks and at the same time get a dynamic offensive weapon..maybe more
