I agree with you completely, both he and Clausen would benefit greatly if we could get Rivera and Ramsdell(sp?) in some capacity.

Rodgers had to years to sit behind a HOF QB and a great offensive coach! Simms said the first 2 years he saw him in practice Rodgers looked as bad as Clausen! Too bad Jimmy didn't have that chance he is ruined now! No matter who we bring is as OC they will probably see that when they get here and replace him with a stop gap QB who will get us 5 wins and keep us from Luck next year. I'm all in for drafting a new QB dealing Clausen and letting that QB sit and develop why we use a stop gap I hope the QB is Cam of Gabbert!

I hope Rivera is hired ASAP. The quicker we get a coach, the quicker we can get to scouting for the draft.
