This hire is like a soothing reassurance that the faith I've kept in the organization has not been in vain. As soon as Rivera gets up there he goes from a humble, well-mannered gentleman to passionate, fiery, and somebody that will not accept second best when discussing his philosophy and what he wants to do with the team. Make no mistake about it, he claimed the team and he's barely spoken for 5 minutes.

I love John Fox, but this is exactly what the team needed. He will not demand discipline, he will get it. I think Beason is going to gel well with him which will make things even better. A lot of my complaints are being addressed, and that we will be attacking now on defense while maintaining the 4-3 with the potential to mixup 3-4 looks is amazing. Looking at the defensive side of the ball I think we will still get quality position coaches as well as a solid DC. The team really only needs two DTs and a CB (so long as those who need to be re-signed are (Marshall walking)). Nick Fairley is a possibility there.

Thank you. He wants a TE that can do it all. I am sold sir. I have bought all in on Ron Rivera. Don't break my <3. Bring in competition for Clausen and Pike to fear for their jobs. I love hearing adaptability and adjustments.
