yes, he is definetely a dancer....the winston salem dash (the AA minor league baseball team, where I live) uses him alot during the season. He does a couple routines between innings. This one routine is like a michael jackson mix, with alot of his songs thrown together...well, this kid kills it everytime, and gets the crowd pumped. I don't know if he is from winston salem or not, but that is definitely him, and he has some moves...
