A little Consolation....

....to being out of the play-offs. If you now don't give a crap who wins the Super Bowl so long as it ain't New England and NEVER the Cowboys; you can really set back and enjoy the play-off games for the great plays on either side. Objectively the Steelers got some calls slanted their way last night. The Falcons, who I'd liked to have seen go all the way, since we didn't show up this seson, didn't show up last night. My hope is all of this filters out the crap and the Super Bowl is as great as the 2003 game. I said "little consolation."

wait...want...falcons...go...all...the...way...

panther fan overload

fanhood failure.

You realize if the Falcons would have won the SB we'd be the only one in our division with no title and the subject for harassment for years to come.

Honestly now that the Ravens are out I want to see the Hawks win it mostly because I don't give a poo about them I f**king hate Ben and Brady like they need another f**king championship, bastards.

    • So for now Coker, our 2nd year UDFA, is by default the most reliable WR on this team?! You serious, Clark? You know he is low key celebrating this. Until Tet takes a true NFL snap, Coker has the highest floor in the team as Tet is an unknown. I feel like Tet will be a dawg for us, but again, it’s still an unknown.  Knowing that Thielen was out may have influenced them keeping Moore. It’s going to be fun to see this play out.
    • See that's why so many convos here get into the weeds and contentious. Folks are more than eager to groan about a lack of offensive young talent then when we do have good young talent (two first round WR's and a young Jalen Coker) they say that talent isn't good enough. You expect top tier play from the moving parts within the offense at all times but you'll accept literally anything from the signal caller and call it progress. Doesn't make sense.
    • This is what rebuilding looks like. A 4th rounder and no salary? Smart GM.
