Why because Palmer is a decent quarterback? You make him out to be the worst thing ever. He is able to win games and he is not a bad quarterback by any means but he is not worth anything else than one of Carolina's QB's and a draft pick. He had 26 touchdown's this year. I entire offense including RB's, WR's and QB's did not even come close to that mark. Hop off your high horse and go throw your ignorance in the toilet and then flush the toilet along with your childish life style.

I dont think Palmer is for us, given his age, the quickly deteriorating arm strength, and our young squad. But its possible that if someone falls in love with Gabbert/Cam/Locker that a trade up to #1 is possible.

By possible, I mean 10%.

quickly deteriorating arm strength? How old are you? Do you play sports? a 31 year old doesnt just lose arm strength. Physical attributes do not start to deteriorate until about 35 and even then it is a slow process. If you are talking about throwing the ball it is an even slower process.

Wouldn't offer more than a 4th, and that's worst case scenario. I'd prefer to give up a 5th, I doubt they would do it.

In a "what have you done for me lately?" league, Palmer hasn't done much... His success from the past is long gone and he was inconsistent even then. I can't see them asking for very much if they honor his trade request... It would be worth looking into.
