This guy sucks, and if half of this stuff is true about JR running his mouth and turning people off we are in trouble. This moron is single handedly trying to cause a lock out. I understand people love him and have their heads up his ass because he brought a team to Charlotte, but so did 31 other team owners. That does not make him a great owner. It also doesnt exscuse him from being criticized. Right now he sucks and he needs to know. Like I explained, the owner can only do so much to help put his team in position to win championships.

First head coach, dom capers.

The team won more games in its first two years, it broke records. When we lost polian as gm, richaardson's mistake was giving those responsibilities to his head coach. A mistake that richardson has learned from.

Second head coach, george seifert (sp?),

He WAS the coach MANY wanted. He definately failed with the panthers. Which is why richardson gave him the boot.

The plus side of george S., was that he gave us steve smith, and other players who were a part of our superbowl team.

Third, and last coach, john fox.

Turned this team around. Made them tough. Took us from the worst record in football to the superbowl in two years. That is impressive. Yes, it can easily be argued that Richardson held onto Fox to long.

Now richardson has gone on to approve the hire of rivera.

Nothing can be said abbout this hire yet.

Now let's mention the CBA. Richardson was instrumental with getting the last CBA done.

He is part of the leadership again with the CBA negotiations. Yes, he's driving hard. Standing up for what he and many other owners desire.
