I think if we had Muhammad and if Foster didn't get hurt the 05 squad can beat the Seahawks. But we had no answer after they triple teamed Steve Smith.

The 2008 squad is the best top to bottom roster we've ever fielded and that team carried Delhomme all the way to NFCCG only for him to personally tank the franchise with 6 turnovers. I'll never forgive John Fox for not pulling his ass at half time and giving Moore a chance.

I remember a game that season, 2008, where Delhomme had a mini-meltdown and we won because the defense played lights out.
After the game, I think, the Raiders said Delhomme should be giving all the game balls to the defense because they were the reason we won that game.

Finally was able to watch the YouTube post of the Supermen video.

It was really well done.

Curious how they couldn't get NFL clearance for showing specific game clips, as one would think it'd fall under fair use "news and analysis" criteria.

Maybe it was related to the number of minutes of NFL footage they'd need overall which hit a threshold that went beyond a news and analysis criteria. (shrug)

    • I think that looked much better on Bryce's part than tmacs.  He made a really good adjustment to the ball but his separation is what is always going to worry me, he had absolutely none with Jackson on that play, Bryce threw him open.
    • I wouldn't be mad at it. I often call Luke "the best ILB that I've ever seen," and I've watched the game in earnest since I was nine, but I think there is more going on with Steve Smith---meaning it's political---than perhaps should be. I understand that he was not the nicest person---an asshole at times basically. People don't or didn't like him. That being said, he's still 8th all time in receiving yards, ahead of guys who have their gold jackets:   * Marvin Harrison (9th)  * Andre Johnson (11th)  * James Lofton (12th)  * Cris Carter (13th)   At some point, Smitty has to be inducted solely based upon the numbers (not to mention producing big results at his stature in a big man's game). I can see the snub early due to his temperament, but I hope it doesn't become a "thing," and I don't think Panthers fans, or NFL fans in general, should stay silent about it if it does.
    • for those who can't see the Twitter post, I'm assuming this post is about the list published in February with Greg and TD?    https://sports.yahoo.com/10-great-nfl-players-eligible-035121461.html
